In the year 2018, Alexis got nominated to win an Emmy award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Daytime Digital Series for Zac & Mia. She created a 12-hour dark comedy, wrote her own pilot, and wrote her first film. She was the director and made an appearance in a Google commercial that was branded by Google.
